There are several ways to indentify the motherboard of your Xbox 360 Slim without opening, the most accurate one is by checking how many Ampere's are marked in your xbox power details.
You can check that on the label above the AV input:
So if it is 10,83A your motherboard is a Trinity
If it is 9.86A your motherboard is a Corona
The Corona motherboards are the most recent ones, the were created in order to prevent users to RHG them (but failed) and they tend to have Liteon 1175 or Hitachi 0500 Dvd Drives
